Durham Christmas Festival is the perfect opportunity to tick loads of items off your Christmas shopping list.
We’ve more than 200 additional independent traders in the city throughout the festival. You must visit our Craft & Producers’ Marquee on Palace Green and the Festive Outdoor Market in Durham Market Place. But also make the most of the whole city of Durham with Prince Bishops Place, Durham Market Hall, Walkergate, The Riverwalk and much more … the city is full of places to shop (of course) as well as places to eat, drink and enjoy yourself!
Please note, there is an entry fee to the Craft & Producers’ Marquee on Palace Green.

With over 120 stalls, the Craft & Producers’ Marquee on Palace Green is the place to find handcrafted items, gift ideas, festive decorations and seasonal food.

More than 30 traders can be found in the Market Place, with gifts, jewellery, clothing, homewares – as well as take away food and hot drinks too.
