Shopmobility (located in the Prince Bishops Shopping Centre Car Park) provides mobility scooters and will be open on both Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd December (closed Sunday 3rd December).  It is advised to check availability and book in advance.  For further information, call 0191 386 8556 or please click here.

Durham Pointers Service

Durham's award-winning volunteer 'Pointers' (you can't miss them in their bright pink tabards) will be present in the Market Place each day of the Festival, on hand as virtual signposts to help with directions and answer any queries you may have.
